Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service. When you call, we route you to an independent, third-party contractor who provides fire damage restoration and related services in your area. We do not perform restoration, cleaning, repair or construction work, and we do not employ the contractors we refer.

In an emergency, call 911 first. This service is not a substitute for the fire department or emergency services. Do not enter a damaged structure until the fire department or a building official says it is safe.

2. Independent Contractors

• Every contractor is an independent business. No contractor is our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer.
• Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the contractor. The contractor sets its own prices, schedules and terms.
• We do not warrant, guarantee or endorse any contractor's work, pricing, timeliness or results.
• You are responsible for confirming that a contractor holds any license, permit and insurance required for the work before you hire them. Ask for proof, and check with your local licensing authority where applicable.
• Any dispute about the work, payment or damage is between you and the contractor.

3. No Guarantee of Availability

We try to connect every caller quickly, but we cannot guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area, at a particular time, or within a specific response window. Any response times mentioned on the site are general descriptions, not promises.

4. How We Are Paid

The referral is free to you. Shree Sainath Fire Safety may receive compensation from contractors or advertising partners for calls and referrals. That compensation does not change what you pay the contractor you choose to hire.

5. Telephone Communications (TCPA Disclosure)

By calling a number on this website, you agree that:

• Your call may be routed, recorded and monitored for quality, training and verification purposes.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information when you call, to use the service only for genuine service requests, and not to misuse the website or phone lines, including by making harassing, fraudulent or automated calls.

Customer comments describe individual experiences with independent contractors and do not guarantee similar results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Sainath Fire Safety will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury or property damage arising from work performed or not performed by any contractor, or from your use of the website or service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one hundred dollars.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shree Sainath Fire Safety from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your agreements with any contractor, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The website's text, design and graphics belong to Shree Sainath Fire Safety or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not copy, republish or distribute them commercially without permission.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
