Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that connects homeowners, landlords and business owners in Pocahontas County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? A good restoration contractor answers all of those on the first walkthrough, and getting that person to your door quickly is the whole reason this line exists.
The contractors in the network working throughout Pocahontas County are independently owned and operated. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. When you call, tell us what you can see and smell, and we route you to a contractor set up for that combination of work. Anywhere in Pocahontas County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
