Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Jackson County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, ask the right questions about what burned, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing outside a home that smells like burned plastic, the fire department has just cleared the scene, and nobody has told them what happens next. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in the network working throughout Jackson County run their own businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. When you call, tell us what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. In Jackson County, that usually means a crew based in or right next to the county.
