Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Cache County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, ask the right questions about what burned, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing outside a home that smells like burned plastic, the fire department has just cleared the scene, and nobody has told them what happens next. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting that person to your door quickly is the whole reason this line exists.
The contractors in our referral network working throughout Cache County are independently owned and operated. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Many fire restoration crews train to IICRC standards such as the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course, and it is fair to ask about that on the first call.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. When you call, tell us what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. Anywhere in Cache County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
