About Our Referral Network
The Shortest Route From a Smoke-Filled Home to a Qualified Crew
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that connects homeowners, landlords and business owners in Putnam County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, ask the right questions about what burned, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing outside a home that smells like burned plastic, the fire department has just cleared the scene, and nobody has told them what happens next. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? A good restoration contractor answers all of those on the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in our referral network working throughout Putnam County are independently owned and operated. They hold their own licenses and insurance where required, set their own pricing, and answer for their own workmanship. Many fire restoration crews train to IICRC standards such as the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course, and it is fair to ask about that on the first call.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we route you to a contractor set up for that combination of work. Anywhere in Putnam County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
