Who We Are
A Fire Damage Referral Line Run by People Who Know Burned Kitchens
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that connects homeowners, landlords and business owners in Bracken County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, ask the right questions about what burned, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions come fast: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in the network working throughout Bracken County run their own businesses. They hold their own licenses and insurance where required, set their own pricing, and answer for their own workmanship. Many fire restoration crews train to IICRC standards such as the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course, and it is fair to ask about that on the first call.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. In Bracken County, that usually means a crew based in or right next to the county.
