About Our Referral Network
A Fire Damage Referral Line Run by People Who Know Burned Kitchens
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Benton County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? A good restoration contractor answers all of those on the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in the network working throughout Benton County run their own businesses. They hold their own licenses and insurance where required, set their own pricing, and answer for their own workmanship. Many fire restoration crews train to IICRC standards such as the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course, and it is fair to ask about that on the first call.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. In Benton County, that usually means a crew based in or right next to the county.
