Who We Are
The Shortest Route From a Smoke-Filled Home to a Qualified Crew
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Scott County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing outside a home that smells like burned plastic, the fire department has just cleared the scene, and nobody has told them what happens next. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting that person to your door quickly is the whole reason this line exists.
The contractors in the network working throughout Scott County run their own businesses. They hold their own licenses and insurance where required, set their own pricing, and answer for their own workmanship. Many fire restoration crews train to IICRC standards such as the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course, and it is fair to ask about that on the first call.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. Anywhere in Scott County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
