Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Hamilton County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions come fast: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? A good restoration contractor answers all of those on the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in the network working throughout Hamilton County run their own businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we route you to a contractor set up for that combination of work. Anywhere in Hamilton County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
