About Our Referral Network
A Fire Damage Referral Line Run by People Who Know Burned Kitchens
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Oneida County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, ask the right questions about what burned, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions come fast: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? A good restoration contractor answers all of those on the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in our referral network working throughout Oneida County are independently owned and operated. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. Anywhere in Oneida County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
