Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that connects homeowners, landlords and business owners in Stewart County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing outside a home that smells like burned plastic, the fire department has just cleared the scene, and nobody has told them what happens next. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? A good restoration contractor answers all of those on the first walkthrough, and getting that person to your door quickly is the whole reason this line exists.
The contractors in the network working throughout Stewart County run their own businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. When you call, tell us what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. Anywhere in Stewart County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
