About Our Referral Network
A Fire Damage Referral Line Run by People Who Know Burned Kitchens
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that connects homeowners, landlords and business owners in Dougherty County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing outside a home that smells like burned plastic, the fire department has just cleared the scene, and nobody has told them what happens next. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in our referral network working throughout Dougherty County run their own businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. When you call, tell us what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. In Dougherty County, that usually means a crew based in or right next to the county.
