Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Coal County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions come fast: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in the network working throughout Coal County run their own businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. Anywhere in Coal County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
