About Our Referral Network
A Fire Damage Referral Line Run by People Who Know Burned Kitchens
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that connects homeowners, landlords and business owners in Highland with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, ask the right questions about what burned, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? A good restoration contractor answers all of those on the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in the network serving Highland are independently owned and operated. They hold their own licenses and insurance where required, set their own pricing, and answer for their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. In Highland, that usually means a crew already working nearby.
