Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Dale County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in our referral network working throughout Dale County are independently owned and operated. They hold their own licenses and insurance where required, set their own pricing, and answer for their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. When you call, tell us what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. In Dale County, that usually means a crew based in or right next to the county.
