About Our Referral Network
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Walsh County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. Our job is narrower than that, and on the worst night of your year it counts: we answer the phone, ask the right questions about what burned, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions come fast: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting you to that person quickly is the entire point of this line.
The contractors in our referral network working throughout Walsh County run their own businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Plenty of fire restoration crews train under IICRC standards, including the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course, and you are welcome to ask any contractor about their training.
One kitchen fire can mean board-up, extraction, soot removal, odor control and later new cabinetry. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we route you to a contractor set up for that combination of work. Anywhere in Walsh County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
