Who We Are
Who We Are and How We Help After a Fire
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a no-cost referral line that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Scott County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional who handles fire, smoke and soot work every week.
Most people calling us have never dealt with a fire before. They are standing outside a home that smells like burned plastic, the fire department has just cleared the scene, and nobody has told them what happens next. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting that person to your door quickly is the whole reason this line exists.
The contractors in the network working throughout Scott County are independently owned and operated. They hold their own licenses and insurance where required, set their own pricing, and answer for their own workmanship. Many fire restoration crews train to IICRC standards such as the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course, and it is fair to ask about that on the first call.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. Anywhere in Scott County, that usually means a crew based within the county or just over the line.
