Who We Are
The Shortest Route From a Smoke-Filled Home to a Qualified Crew
Shree Sainath Fire Safety is a free referral service that links homeowners, landlords and business owners in Dillon County with independent fire damage restoration contractors. We are not the contractor. What we do is narrower, and at 2 a.m. it is the part that matters: we answer the phone, listen to what happened, and route your call to a licensed and insured local professional whose crews take on fire, smoke and soot jobs week in, week out.
Most callers have never been through a fire loss. They are standing in a driveway that smells like burned plastic, phone in hand, with caution tape still across the front door. The questions pile up: Is it safe to go back in? Should I open the windows? Who pays for this? Can the couch be saved? An experienced restoration contractor can answer every one of those during the first walkthrough, and getting that person to your door quickly is the whole reason this line exists.
The contractors in our referral network working throughout Dillon County run their own businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance where the work requires it, set their own prices, and stand behind their own workmanship. Many fire restoration crews train to IICRC standards such as the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course, and it is fair to ask about that on the first call.
A single kitchen fire can call for board-up, extraction, soot cleaning, odor treatment and new drywall. On the call, describe what you can see and smell, and we will route you to a contractor whose crew handles that mix. In Dillon County, that usually means a crew based in or right next to the county.
